-Inspect electrical installations to ensure they are completed according to job specifications and design layout-Complete time critical reports including Request for Information, Contemplated Revisions, Change Orders, Field Review, Pricing Review, Progress Claim Review -Issue and sign off on Site Deficiency Reports, verify and accept As Built Drawings and Operational and Maintenance Manuals and ensure all required information has been received prior to issuance of Closing Letters -Liaise with Architect, Client, Contractor, Owner, Specialty Consultants, Project Manager, Job Captain and Project Engineer-Respond to field issues and questions with engineering-Serve as main point of contact for the builder for any project-related questions/requests -Report on milestone dates and deliverables-Attend biweekly/monthly site meetings -Investigate claims promptly and respond to them fairly

• Responsible for managing the project organization through the design and development, acceptance, and delivery stages• Provide support in the design of structured cabling infrastructure and network/equipment cabinet layouts• Co-ordinate procedures with onsite personnel to mitigate risk to the data centre environment and ensure safety of employees• Assist in monitoring and managing of Critical UPS load readings• Provide instruction and delegate work duties to site electricians, technicians and client vendors• Ensure that roles and responsibilities are being followed to retain security of the data centre environment and see that installations are being completed to standards in a safe and efficient manner• Maintain and update client power and cabling documentation• Provide material take-off (MTO) for estimations and order products for project builds• Responsible for the oversight of all electrical, telecommunication cabling and equipment installations

• Responsible for the oversight of electrical projects, while maintaining leadership and customer relationships• Interpret blueprints and delegate work duties to site electricians• Attend site meetings and ensure that all products and services are designed, developed and delivered efficiently and profitably• Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee in establishing policies for safe work practices and procedures• Schedule and co-ordinate with trade contractors to ensure project installations are completed in a timely manner• Assist the estimation and purchasing departments by providing material take offs and ordering product• Manage labour requirements and arrange product deliveries

• Produce and deliver final product recordings for music, film and conference presentations• Master and duplicate site recordings in analog or digital formats • Design equipment layouts for optimal room acoustics• Establish sales and build customer relationships• Organize invoicing and manage billing/payments• Set-up audio and visual equipment for live concerts and conventions
