When my clients are thriving, I’m thriving. I mean this in the financial sense and the emotional sense. I am at my best when I’m connecting with a client to help them improve their business through the use and optimization of a perfectly suited software tool. I love establishing new partnerships and building on existing ones to help everyone around me achieve their goals and perform at the highest level. I began my career in sales, and that certainly laid a strong foundation for what I do today. I enjoyed the competitive and high-energy nature of the role; however, the relational aspect was a big lacking for me. This is why I felt so at home when I transitioned into a relationship management role. I love working in the tech industry as well because there is just so much to learn. I don’t do well when things are slow and stagnate, which is why this has been such a great career path for me! When I’m not hard at work, I’m very involved in a couple of causes that are important to me. I organize one of the largest Oktoberfest events in the Midwest and when I can, I volunteer with Safe Humane Chicago to care for dogs and cats who have been neglected or abused.
