· Build strong cross-functional relationships with our internal and external clients to understand their business needs and priorities.· Work cross functionally with Accounts Payable to create improvements processes related to invoicing spend management and other procurement related activity.· Support internal stakeholders including but not limited to Accounts Payable, HR, Marketing, IT and Facilities by reviewing purchase requests, creating purchase orders and ensuring products are delivered.· Analyze contracts and agreements and ensue all proper paperwork is received and signed before making purchases can be made.· Develop and execute annual category plans and sourcing strategies and monitor results.· Continuously monitor these categories' sourcing needs, researches the marketplace and assesses our ability to meet those needs.· Lead development and execution of business-related functions of sourcing initiatives, performing all business due diligence efforts and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation.· Create ad hoc reporting and work on special projects as assigned by upper management.· Assist in resolving purchase order pricing discrepancies and overbills by validating correct price and obtaining approval from proper individuals/channels.· Handle the semimonthly Oracle testing for the Procurement department.· Recommend current alternative suppliers to leverage spend and reduce cost structure.

• Coordinating contract initiatives to maintain consistent review and negotiation of service agreements, tenders, and bids. • Development of RFP / RFQ's for services as well as acting as the main contact for questions or inquiries.• Ensure documentation meets legal compliance and customer requirements. • Provide information for negotiations on new contracts and contract revisions.• Create routine and ad-hoc reports using data from various systems including Oracle.• Develop detailed analysis of procurement data including vendor analysis and report findings to Management.• Publish and develop performance scorecards and metrics reports.• Conduct periodic compliance audits on existing agreements.• Work on special procurement projects as required.
