My name is Travis and I am a Software Engineer.I graduated from Kansas State in 2009 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. As a teenager and a student I made RPG Maker games and learned Visual Basic for fun. I worked as a Chemical Site Engineer in Kansas before I moved to Arcata California to teach Tae Kwon Do. Since moving I have published my own book, sold insurance for AFLAC and built my own Math and Science Tutoring business.I recently started learning Python for fun. Interest and the opportunity created by covid lead me to attend App Academy and I graduated with a Fullstack Software Engineering credential in October 2020. I joined In Time Tec two years ago and have had a fantastic experience. I am currently moving back to California to be closer to my family. There isn't an option for remote work with In Time Tec, so I am searching for a remote/hybrid position with a new company. I am excited to see what the next chapter holds :D
