As a system engineer with over 10 years of experience, I have developed and demonstrated core competencies in Microsoft Messaging, Active Directory, o365, EntraID (ARM, ARC, Fabric), Infrastructure DevOps, Backup & Recovery, Security, Vendor relationships, and Acquisition. Alongside things like FinOps, Change MGMT, ITIL and other governing practices. I have successfully deployed, administered, supported, and maintained Microsoft Server technologies for various clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, in both public and private sectors.Most recently, I worked on an infrastructure team of 20k employees as a cloud infrastructure engineer. I was responsible for the design, implementation, and operational readiness and support of the cloud services and server infrastructure architecture for Azure, and AWS. I also obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals credential, which validates basic knowledge and skills in cloud computing, security, and collaboration.
