As an Estimator my primary responsibilities are involved in assisting clients through the collision repair process of their vehicles. This would include writing the preliminary estimate, working with the repair shop and the insurance company if any supplemental work is needed, setting proper expectations with all parties involved in the final quality control inspection of the vehicle, and delivery walk-around with the client. Duties include:-Schedule appointments using Collision Center-approved processes.-Check-in clients including; collecting signatures, contact information, and verifying payment information.-Indicate in the claim file the cause of the loss and any related details.-Ensure that all documents are accounted for and accurate (ie. parts invoices, direct payment forms etc.)-Inspect clients vehicles for additional needed repairs.-Work with repair technicians to ensure no additional repairs are needed. If additional work is needed, explain the details to the client, including the additional cost and time considerations.-Update clients throughout the repair process with the purpose of setting proper expectations of overall repair time.-Handle telephone inquiries regarding work-in-process and appointments.-Maintain Customer Satisfaction rating based on CCC / Carwise IndexUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, right-to-know, etc.

As one of the lead brewers at Burlington Beer Company I was responsible for wort production from the trucks of malt receiving to the pigtail sample from the bright tank and all aspects in between. I brought an enthusiastic and supportive energy during my time there and loved every bit of it. Duties included:-Perform all aspects of the brewing process, including recipe formulation, ingredient preparation, brewing (milling, mashing, boiling, whirlpool, knockout), yeast pitching, fermentation, and packaging.-Conduct quality control tests using basic lab equipment such as hydrometers.-Maintain all brewing equipment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimalperformance and sanitation.-Collaborate with the team to develop and refine beer recipes, resulting in consistent quality brews.-Participate in brewery events and festivals, providing customer education and engaging in beer tastings.-Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and raw materials, and placing orders whennecessary.-Conduct regular sensory evaluations of aging beers, identifying any potential off-flavors or quality issues.-Manage cellar inventory, tracking aging beers, and maintaining accurate records of batch details, agingschedules, and release dates.-Collaborate with the brewing team to coordinate beer transfers, ensuring smooth flow betweenfermentation vessels, conditioning tanks, and packaging.-Maintenance and cleaning of cellar equipment, including tanks, kegs, and lines, to uphold sanitationstandards.-Execute quality control processes such as CO2 testing, dissolved oxygen measurements, and yeastviability assessments.-Contribute to the development of cellar standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and quality.-Perform warehouse duties via forklift and pallet jack such as loading and unloading malt, hops, and BBCO product for distribution, as well as organization of inventory in back-stock
