Travis is an AWP implementation specialist with a deep commitment to helping clients refine and digitize their construction processes and reap maximum efficiencies through AWP. He is an experienced facilitator, negotiating across teams’ differing viewpoints to align goals, eliminate wasted man-hours, and improve communications. Working collaboratively to align teams toward optimal solutions and AWP processes, Travis advises on AWP methodologies, creating individual solutions that are tailored to specific client needs. Travis’s expertise in delivering Business Value Analyses (BVAs) helps client leadership assess the benefits of specific AWP processes and prioritize critical aspects of their programs. He is experienced in pull-planning and the creation of effective infographics and visual aids to optimize planning and facilitate discussion. In addition to his work as an AWP Specialist, he is cofounder of Apparatus X, a company centered around an off-grid live-in mobile workshop serving as a first-on-site disaster response solution to help community members upcycle materials in the aftermath of an emergency. For example, Apparatus X equipment enabled the team to set-up within a community and supplied community members with electricity, potable water, tools, and training after the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
