Consistent Advertising- Wabi (TV), morning sentinel (Newspaper), Townsquare (Radio), Convention magazine, Social Media, WCFCU website, WCFCU lobby walls/windows/stand/TV. Develop Video Advertisements- Create video advertisements using iStock videos and a voice over and learn how to create effective and efficient video ads in other ways. Ex: YouTube.Maintain Social Media- Consistently post blogs, events, promotions, advertisements, weekly financial related videos, etc.Maintain Website- Keep information updated, blog at least once a week, advertise with banners and videos, and make all information readable on all types of technology (Computer, phones, tablets). Plan/promote events- Examples: Youth Month, Auto Refinance, Annual Meeting, Blood Drives, Raffles, Charity Events- Trinity games, Bowling for Kids’ sake, Home for little wanderers Toy Drives (Christmas in July), Live United Food Drives.Product Research- Create monthly surveys to acquire feedback on our services, member service, and overall member satisfaction. Evaluate results and find ways to implement problems.Member Education- Whether using advertisements or talking directly with members, educate members that have any questions on services.Community Education and Involvement- Reach out to the community, sponsor little league teams, be involved in teaching the community about credit unions. For example, financial fair, going to schools, churches, etc.Participate in marketing/management meetings- Attend all important meetings inside the office and attend marketing meetings outside of the office/network with other companies.Trend research/new services- Consistently looking for trending products or new product
