- Provide consultation to management of cloud operating budgets and/or chargeback to internal customers. Present business reviews to senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) topics- Develop and administer reporting and tracking system of all (TCO)-/economic-related activities. Report on project costs and product cost. Develop process for performing and incorporating business value analysis into demand management and cloud customer intake processes.- Develop show back, charge back, cost allocation, and budget forecast models. Develop and deliver ongoing analysis of cost and budget trends, identifying drivers of both and analyzing deviations from forecasted costs and spend. Helps develop standard operating procedures, scientific and technical information (STI) documents, memorandum for understanding (MOU) and memorandum for agreements (MOA) for the BEACON team. STI documents defined the processes for data ingestion, data validation, data acquisition, data status tracking, access approval, data architecture, data sharing, and MOU/MOA creation. Developed the common data model framework for the advancing analytics team, which combined data elements across numerous government entities and included the SQL code required to access each element within our cloud system. Responsibilities include the development and submission of financial transaction (online payment requests, purchase orders, GL entries, etc), reporting of financial results, and maintaining of accurate spending projections for upcoming periods. In addition, this position will periodically meet with business owners to stay abreast of their operations and the impact on the financial performance. Areas of scope will include financial support for IT, enterprise clinical applications and services and others as designated.
