• Managed the Aviation Mission Survivability and Personnel Recovery programs responsible for over 2500 personnel across 5 different Battalions. Served as primary advisor to the Brigade Commander on aircraft tactical.
• Developed the organization’s effective Brigade Standard Operating Procedures, which was recognized with a commendable rating by the Army’s external resource management review team.
• Organized Personnel across 5 agencies to develop realistic Personnel Recovery training scenarios which trained over 100 soldiers in evasion techniques in hostile environments improving unit readiness by 20%.

3rd Battalion 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, Colorado

• Managed the Aviation Mission Survivability and Personnel Recovery program responsible for over 370 personnel and primary advisor to the Battalion Commander.
• Directed the logistics and execution of relocating over 100 helicopters and 400 personnel across multiple states during multi-day operations, ensuring seamless preparation for overseas operations.
• Engineered the first-ever airspace deconfliction plan, integrating AH-64 and Afghan MI-8 helicopter operations, which set a new standard for all advisory missions in Eastern Afghanistan.Deployed to Afghanistan 2016.
