I opened up my own fabrication and inspection business in the Austin area. My business currently offers certified welding and inspection services as well as custom fabrication. Many projects include remodels, handrails, gates/fences and retaining walls. I have over 10 years in the welding and fabrication industry and will be adding a certified home inspection as one of my services later in the year.

During my tenure at Whole Foods I worked in various roles. Starting as a bagger I eventually worked myself up to being the Team Leader Manager. This duty involved being responsible for scheduling and supervising upwards of 250 employees. As the manager I was also in charge of growing and developing future supervisors, managers and assistants. The last two stores in New York and Austin both did over 1 million dollars in sales a week and required a constant eye for detail, stringent scheduling to ensure we were meeting the needs of the business during peak hours as well as growing the team to ensure we were always prepared to handle the business needs of that day.
