Serve as chief program and properties director of Dan Beard Council. Responsible for developing and administering program and property business strategies. Leads a team of executives in developing and promoting the training, advancement, activity and camping programs as well as property and asset utilization and advises critical board-level committees to develop strategies to grow market share and diversify revenue for the council.

Support and supervise professional staff of 3 unit serving executives (includes 1 Senior District Director) and several part-time program managers which serve the Fort Hamilton (North of Cincinnati) and William Henry Harrison (western part of Hamilton County) Districts. I also provide direct service to the operations of William Henry Harrison District. In total the two district volunteer staffs are made up of 120+ volunteers, nearly 5,400 Scouts and 1,600+ unit-level volunteers, all working together to support and promote local Scouting programs. My team manages a donor-centered fundraising campaign of nearly $300,000 annually, including the West Side Sports Breakfast, a special event that raises $55,000 and brings together more than 225 community leaders each spring. Our team also supports and facilitates product sale fundraising campaigns (camp card and popcorn) of over $500,000.I serve as the face of Scouting in the communities I serve to gain support for the program, grow youth and volunteer involvement and raise funds to provide the best possible experience.

I serve as the District Director for Scouting covering the western third of Hamilton Country in Southwest Ohio, managing 1 staff member, a board of 40+ volunteers, over 2,300 Scouts and 700+ unit-level volunteers, all working together to support and promote local Scouting programs. Within the William Henry Harrison District, I manage a donor-centered fundraising campaign of over $150,000 annually, including the West Side Sports Breakfast, a special event that raises $50,000 and brings together more than 225 community leaders each spring. I also support and facilitate additional $160,000 product sale fundraising campaigns (camp cards and popcorn).I serve as the face of Scouting in the communities I serve to gain support for the program, grow youth and volunteer involvement and raise funds to provide the best possible experience.

Plan, develop and execute new community fundraising based in Dover, Delaware focused on program partnerships and advertising, camp scholarships and gifts in kind. The vast majority of participants in the campaign are new donors to the Boy Scouts.Assist in planning, coordination and execution of high quality volunteer training and large scale activities for a cluster of districts.Staff adviser for Cub Scout day camp programs throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.Serve as member of design team for brand new scout camp in Dover, Delaware. Serve as on site director for new Akridge Scout Reservation when the camp is built.Serve as editor of e-newsletter which is sent monthly to over 4,100 volunteers.Serve as webmaster for Council website.
