As a front end loader operator at Highland Pellets LLC since May 2021, I have been responsible for loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and quality standards. I have also demonstrated my skills in welding, measurements, and gauges, which I acquired from my graduation certificate in welding technology/welder from Riverside VoTech in 2014.In addition, I have been working as a crew chief at HENRY'S SIDING INC since September 2019, where I have led and supervised a team of workers in installing and repairing siding, windows, and doors for residential and commercial clients. I have also contributed to the inventory management, customer service, and project estimation of the company. My leadership experience stems from my previous roles as a Texas state trooper, a lead project manager and estimator in a restoration company, and a sergeant and medic in the US Army, where I received multiple citations and medals for my performance and achievements. I also attended Texas A&M University for a course in advanced accident investigation in 1986. My motivation is to use my diverse skills and experiences to deliver quality work and service, and to support and empower my team and organization.
