I manage 2 separate frameworks for factory automation. Continuous improvement is the name of the game. I am constantly looking for ways of improving throughput, reducing downtime, and developing early detection methods. This involves working with Test Operations, Automation teams, and any others required to implement the most valuable solutions.Team lead for inhibits on parametric test tools. As we resolve issues we also develop new methods for auto-detection to prevent issues before they happen. We evaluate test methods for best practices.

Responsible for factory automation software on the Keysight 4080 and P9000 platforms. Specializing in making efficiency improvements to product handling. Also work to develop auto-diagnostic solutions for hardware issues on the testers. Involved in "smart" testing improvements to reduce test time and improve data integrity with test algorithm improvements.

Supported Keysight Parametric Test Systems, working with factory automation in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Worked with both hardware and software diagnosing and solving hardware issues as well as developing software solutions to help improve testing efficiency.

Essex Junction, Vt

Worked in Reliability running test programs for HCI, BTI, WLR etc... Developed testing software to do every kind of reliability testing. Involved in bleeding edge research for new test methods such fast BTI. Included in various patents related to WLR EM testing. Developed and deployed the code for each of these methods. Worked with vendors and engineering teams to develop these methods. The software is in use to this day. Aside from testing methods the software improved testing for intra die testing as well as multi-wafer systems. The software tracks testing with an Access database using sql. It also integrated auto-test build integrating with factory supported documentation software.
