I was brought in as a server to assist with the English customer base in order to increase traffic.To achieve this, I learned a new style of management and change in the stores atmosphere. I reported directly to the owner, and was responsible for supervising staff sand staff training, as well as sales. My role also involved closing and preparing day-end reports, changing menu weekly, and making sure all English based-customers got what they want and were satisfied.My main responsibilities included:Preparing Bills for owner ahead of time with a weekly sales forecastMaking sure all food regulations were followed/cooked at the correct temperature andcourses looked pleasant for customersstaff/customer communicationMaintaining Point-Of- Sales stabilityTracking inventory, and inventory cost.Producing higher sales while keeping a family oriented restaurant

main responsibilities included:Repairing and ordering restaurant machineryPredicting sales forecasts in order to prepare employee schedulesTracking inventory and amount of use in restaurantTraining employees in corporation standards and motivating them to always increase performance

Maintaining business storage server and store servers. Setting up and maintaining a store security system that is accessible online 24/7. Refilling ink cartridges and testing products to meet quality standards and customer needs. Making sure all orders were successfully prepared and shipped on schedule. Troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing customers work and or business computers and servers.

Removing and installing hardware. Cleaning computer of virus and malware. Repair and install of Windows 2000/Server OS and Linux OS. Maintain store inventory. Creating dos or bash scripts for OS installs. Creating and maintaining the stores local storage server. Creating new PC builds for showroom floor display.
