• Ownership of vast portfolio of approx. 3,500 bad debt accounts including both BP and Castrol businesses.• Working in conjunction with mercantile agencies and external solicitors including court appearances. • Management of portfolio payments and account activity through SAP system.• Reconciliation of customer accounts.• Liaising with customers and several departments within BP on a daily basis. (AR/AP, Sales, Data Management, Merchant Services, Banking, Customer Response)
