Building a sales application to streamline and track customer quotes.Creating a helpdesk application for client’s IT department to simplify customer support issues. Aswell as launching a customized EDI data mapping tool used for integrating data from multiple ERPsystems.

Created a customer portal that is now utilized by all of Terra’s high volume clients. Played a key role in both the system installation and development of portal. Worked on getting optimal system performance and automated processes within user sign up process. Wrote and reviewed functional requirements and prioritized user requests. Maintain and enhance Terra Portal System. Developed external application to enable Terra carriers’ access to view and update shipments assigned to them. Responsible for leading portal conversion from Websphere to SharePoint environment. Led team inchanging web server environments and responsible for deployment of applications into new environment. Provide system support, maintenance, and enhance a number of different applications.

Devoted most of my time working on projects for Terra Industries, also did side projects for Radiosophy. Projects at Terra included developing, deploying, and maintenance on an application for the Sales/Energy Teams and an internal reporting dashboard. Also led trainings, prioritized requests, and produced user documentation. Continued database support at Radiosophy and developed add-ons and maintained the company’s website and online shopping cart.

Responsible for creating database structure and developing front end forms for new business processes. Wrote programs executed by the logistics team. Also accountable for maintaining, troubleshooting and running backup processes for database system.

Developed and deployed hedging system (application and database) for energy and accounting departments. Provided maintenance and employee support for system, including updates, user training, and documentation.
