Project management for two large projects including a $1,300,000+ budget to migrate 2,600 users to a standardized desktop, network and storage platform, and a project with a $500,000 budget to migrate 800 users (including their senior executives and staff) to a standardized desktop, network and storage platform. These users were dispersed through the country in 197 locations. Both projects were managed to completion and under budget.

OSI is now owned by NCO Group Inc.Worked my way through the IT orginization starting as a PC tech and finished managing staff of 10 direct reports with the complete responsibility for all systems and support of 400 Intel servers, 2500 PC’s and laptops, 2500 Wyse terminals and 400 printers. Responsible for enterprise solutions including Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. VMWare, Citrix, and database solutions and hardware associated with these technologies.
