- Assist in the investigation of personal injury cases by collecting and organizing relevant documents, such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.- Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and pleadings.- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.- Organize and summarize medical records for use in personal injury cases.- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation.- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, coverage, and negotiations.- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.- Proficiently use legal case management software and tools to track case progress and manage documentation.
