My background is in web development, copywriting, project management, and internet marketing. Over the past 22 years, I've had the rewarding opportunity to lead the development teams for several large fitness and health websites.Naturally, when my wife, Cheryl, said she wanted to start a CPR training company, I went to work right away on developing our web presence. I'm proud to say that what started out as a side-project has turned into something much bigger than either of us could have ever imagined.After 15 years and thousands of companies and individuals trained, our passion for saving lives hasn't diminished one bit. In fact, we are just getting started!

I had the great opportunity to join my wife, Cheryl, and cousin-in-law, Ryan DeLuca to found Bodybuilding.com in Boise Idaho. The year was 1998 and I had just taught myself basic web development and image editing.I had graduated in the top percentile of my class, was young, full of energy, and dreams. I channeled that enthusiasm directly into Bodybuilding.com and helped develop, code, and maintain the first iterations of the site. It was an exciting time, as the site grew exponentially.Being on the ground floor of what became a huge success story is something I'm very proud to have been a part of. I learned a lot along the way and have carried forward a passion for changing lives, developing personal growth, and driving positive results.
