Program Director for the Nita M Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers federal grant at the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit. In this role I will oversee five afterschool programs between Milton, Mount Carmel and Shamokin School Districts from grades K-8.

21st Century Community Learning Centers MobilizerManage all aspects of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant, including staff, budget, community partners, scheduling, and state reporting.Work with school district administrators to ensure all grant requirements are being met and program specifics are communicated efficiently. Meet with community business partners and leaders to increase program awareness and share opportunities for collaboration.

Afterschool and Summer Program Director for the Shikellamy School District where I oversee students and staff across five programs and buildings.Work to secure and maintain federal grant funds through the Nita M Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant. Search for and obtain grant funding from local, state and federal funding sources. Supervise approximately 50 staff in the development of academic programs, curriculum and student engagement. Mobilize school, community and private sector partners to grow and advance, as well as strengthen the program and student experience.Offer students a broad array of programs, including art, music, recreation activities, social emotional learning, career and technical training, drug and violence prevention, technology education, and more.Provide educational learning opportunities for families of students, such as reading/writing proficiency, financial literacy, technological training, and cultural enrichment.

Assist families and at-risk children by providing services to ensure safety.Find permanent placement for at-risk and dependent children.Work with local services and community partners to offer resources for children and their families.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the three Surplus Outlet grocery stores.Direct supervision of store employees.Uphold and enforce policy and expectations.Responsible for daily product organization and inventory counts.
