Field Service Technician
CurrentMaintain working order of water purification equipment through preventative and corrective maintenances, monitor water quality, control chemical dosing, foresee equipment and site needs and order materials accordingly, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, interact with customers, maintain equipment parameter databases.Specific equipment includes mobile deionization trailers, mobile reverse osmosis units, media filters, associated electronic instrumentation to include analyzers of silica, conductivity, chlorine (sodium hypochlorite), turbidity, oxidation reduction potential, and other parameters.On January 1, 2014, Siemens Water Technologies was acquired by Evoqua Water Technologies. I continue to provide the same services. In August, 2015, I was promoted to Lead Technician for Evoqua Water operations at the Salem Nuclear Power Plant in New Jersey.
