Head of the Automated Fare Collection Services Department responsible for the product strategy, design, engineering, delivery and support of the Automated Fare Collection supporting services of the Pulse platform to Vix's global customers. These include services like the Customer Support (both via Call Centre and Self-Service), Partner Management, Financial Management, Fulfilment, Media Inventory, Sales and Ordering Integration, Pulse Reporting, Point of Sale devices and the overall base Platform systems and deployments. Overseeing multiple global engineering teams (50+) as well as working with integration partners like Salesforce, Incomm, Ventek, iNovah to deliver overall solution for Vix's customers. Worked closely with customer and project teams at Edmonton and Phoenix for the successful build and delivery of these services, from concept through accepting testing to production, as part of the broader rollout of their new AFC systems. Overseen multiple successful upgrades at Dallas.Technical leadership over the wide range of technical domains in AFC Services, from building microservices AWS (using combinations of ECS, Lambdas, DynamoDB, MSK, API Gateway, AWS Connect, S3, EBS, Cloudwatch etc) in Java or .NET, Salesforce Applications, Snowflake services, node.js web portals, native Windows applications, through to updating legacy Java and C++ systems

As Operations Manager - Australia, I am responsible for all the Engineering, Manufacturing, Service & Repair departments in the global headquarters in Australia. The Perth Engineering teams are a large, broad, multidisciplinary set of teams that are responsible for the full end-to-end engineering of the system, from the materials and mechanical housing design, the electronics and advanced sensors, the embedded software that drives the device, to the mobile application that interrogates through to the centralised Cloud System that receives all the tool data. The Manufacturing team is globally responsible for the documentation, supply chain production, assembly and calibration of supplied tools, distributing to Imdex's sales regions around the world. The Service & Repair team handle all scheduled tool services and repairs across the Asia Pacific region and some global regions.My role is required to liase with the stakeholders across the Imdex business (Product Management, Finance, Sales, Logistics, HR) to transparently engage them in addressing requirements and priorities for delivering products and production to market. I need to maintain technical excellence across the team whilst ensuring a positive team culture across the diverse department.

Invested in Continuous Delivery Best practices to enable faster, more stable delivery of components for SaaS offering. Compliance and ownership responsibilities for local infrastructure, including multiple, cross platform cloud environments. Worked with Product Management and Director of Development on strategy for Application Performance Monitoring and delivery timelines.
