The DENIM (Mpowerment) Program provides HIV, PrEP and Linkage to Care services, HIV Prevention, Health Promotion and Education to Black men between the ages of 18-29 in the DC, VA and MD area. Implementation of three Effective Behavioral Interventions (EBI) (1) The Mpowerment Intervention aka DENIM, for men who are at high risk for contracting HIV. (2) Many Men Many Voices or 3MV intervention, focusing of identify, stigma, sexual and health education to create Behavioral Change and curve sexual risk. (3) Healthy Relationships, for men who are living with HIV to process the area disclosure.Managing of the programs city-wide, Enhanced HIV testing program and Personal Cognitive Counseling (PCC).Hire and train staff.
