• Lead the implementation of postsecondary and advanced academic readiness strategies related to college readiness metrics including the data required to empower district decision-making and strategic planning, the data required to support school districts and higher education institutions, and defining the tools and case management strategies and reporting required to drive system accountability.• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of postsecondary and academic readiness measurement systems that will track outcomes and indicators and use the results to inform continuous improvement, and actively monitor progress toward attaining college readiness goals.• Team management focused on supporting district partners in Dallas County in continuously improving strategies and systems to support academic readiness and postsecondary access.• Provide thoughtful, adaptive leadership of our district partners’ postsecondary and academic readiness strategies, supporting staff development and building relationships and systems critical to the successful implementation of the effort.• Cross-team, organization-wide collaboration, including data, fundraising, budgeting, and communications, to align priorities, marshal needed resources, and provide content expertise and direction.• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders of partner organizations, including school districts, higher education, and nonprofits, community organizations, and funders to help set and achieve coalition outcomes.• Work closely with district CCMR leaders to provide guidance and support for their postsecondary and academic readiness efforts.• Conduct research to identify effective practices and present findings in high-impact presentations for diverse audiences.

• Use statewide accountability data to inform district and campus processes and procedures• Learn and utilize CCMR accountability, post-secondary pathways, college and career access, and college entrance requirement data to coach, guide, and support campuses• Lead a team across various campuses for the goal of creating equitable access to post-secondary options• Manage and interact with numerous dashboards, database systems, and management systems to effectively obtain and use data• Work interdepartmentally with HR, communications, bilingual, special education, curriculum coordinators, specialists, advanced academics, and more• Coordinate with school counselors, advanced academics personnel, administration, and others to create and facilitate processes for the successful completion of graduation requirements• Create presentations and present to students, teachers, campus staff, and district-level administration about various data points and processes• Interface and coordinate with outside entities such as universities, businesses, etc. to enhance post-secondary outcomes of students• Train campus staff members in the effective implementation of readiness programs• Communicate district programs, instructional practices, accomplishments, goals, and new directions to parents and the community at large• Participate in district task force groups and planning committees• Coordinate and plan post-secondary celebration and information events, such as Decision Day, College Fairs, and FAFSA workshops
