I was responsible for the Revenue Generation Process, with only a part-time CEO (Louis Freese pka B Real of Cypress Hill fame) and a full-time President rounding out the executive team. Following my dad's passing I took the opportunity to reflect on what inspired me the most at work. I chose to promote a team member to CEO and focus myself back on the customer and the product. We built a cannabis brand for change, integrating policy and plant passion with business principles built for the customer. We were told it couldn't be done, that it wouldn't work, but we shared it with the world anyway. I was able to travel the country and speak on panels and stages across the cannabis industry. We built the premier alternative health clinic in Boulder, working with stakeholders and city officials to build the most robust regulatory framework enacted in the country at the time. The Green Dream Brand was awarded multiple times for quality and craftsmanship. We created one of the most robust product photography libraries in the industry, eventually investing the company and IP into PotGuide.com which was later acquired by a public company.
