I’ve built a leadership coaching paradigm built for business, and the modern executive. It is rooted in personal experience, painful lessons and joyous victories. Over two decades of dedicated entrepreneurship and leadership trials have been combined with mindfulness learnings from yogic and meditative practices, parenthood, and mentorship training. Street tested and proven effective, the SCMT (self customer machine team) paradigm is a simple and impactful way to reach farther, carry less, and feel more. It is the path for obtaining what you truly desire, inside and out. On August 18, 2018 I was a 40 year old entrepreneur, a husband of nearly fifteen years and a father of three, an owner, director, or executive operator of no fewer than five profitable businesses and an equity holder in a half dozen more. I was working with name-brand Wall Street investors, consulting across the country, and speaking at national scale industry events. I lived in Boulder, made my own schedule, and prospects landed in my lap. I was miserable...and I didn't even know it. The afternoon of August 18th changed everything. My phone rang several times in a row, call backs directly after silencing. An 'Unknown Caller' was intruding in my perfect day. I thought, "I'm at my brother's birthday! It's Saturday! I'm on my way to the Broncos preseason game, club level, with my son! What?!" It was the Sheriff. My father was dead. His motorcycle on the side of a mountain highway, head on with a semi. My son had his ticket, they were our seats. No!!! August 19th I began unraveling my world, peeling every layer of ego, stripping every identity, dismantling my entire story. I asked every question, turned every rock, sought guidance from every angle, wisdom, and faith. I put myself forward, out, and upside down. I fought and I depressed. And then, finally, I surrendered. The following five years saw me rebuild myself, my family, and my business world. It was done with TheMBP.
