Support processes and initiatives in the office including:- Train new employees on effective recruiting fundamentals and methodologies- Prepare and lead monthly service touch point days around providing consultant’s performance feedback and project updates- Facilitate coaching sessions on a biweekly basis with all recruiters to share knowledge around key industry trends, local market analytics, sourcing strategies, internal applications, and other ad hoc requests- Communicate and provide support for updates regarding internal and external software applications

Selected by leadership to be on a small team to provide additional development and mentoring to coaches and new recruiters at corporate training. Assist the Lead Facilitator with Pre-Training, Training Week, and Post-Training activities to make week successful. Readily available to step in in place of Lead Facilitator if there is a delay or the facilitator needs to step away from class.
