Participated in and orchestrated several major analysis and design meetings for determining the strategies of using WebSphere and VisualAge for Java.Constructed and implemented detailed redesign plan including conversion from WebSphere 3.0 to 3.5, changing the architecture, organizing and re-partitioning (tuning) the code.
