GMAC Financial Services acquired the Better Homes & Gardens real estate franchise network in July, 1998 as part of its 'Home Services' subsidiary. I led the nationwide transition of the BHG network to GMAC Real Estate by negotiating new contracts and royalty fee schedules to individual franchisees throughout the United States.
