Tray McGhaney is a senior at George Mason University and has joined the LINK Strategic Partners team as an associate for the 5th year in a row. Previously, Tray also served as an Urban Alliance intern with LINK during his senior year in high school (2014-15).Tray’s determination to be successful helps him achieve set goals and maintain a laser-sharp focus on his main priorities. Tray will continue as a senior at George Mason University, pursuing a degree in information technology with concentrations in web development and multimedia. The IT courses he's taken have progressed him into furthering his career path learning skills such as: programming (HTML and PHP), database management (SQL), and video editing through programs like Final Cut Pro.At LINK Strategic Partners, Tray assists project teams with research needs, helping to develop client deliverables, and staffing meetings throughout the District. His experiences working with the team and attending events throughout the city have given him a first-hand look at many of the most important issues and challenges facing the District. Tray’s work has included contributions to the Citi Open Tennis Tournament, College Success Foundation, LINK’s communications work with Urban Alliance, and other clients.
