I was the first Operations hire during the start up of a Network Operations Center in Wall N.J..My duties ranged from interviewing candidates for hire, team building, Supervisor, Participating in Unit Acceptance Testing and Operational Management. I wore many hats during my tenure with Tyco. This experiece gave me a broad range of skill sets which allowed me to understand and successfully provision and manage large scale networks.

I built my own contracting business from the ground up through rigorous sales and marketing techniques.. My daily duties included providing high end decorative and interior/exterior paint work for clients, hiring and dismissing employees as needed, billing and back end paperwork plus constantly scouting for new business. My high level of expertise, attention to detail and relationship management with employees, vendors, new and repeat client base is what helped grow my business.
