(progress, rates, schedules, s-curves, histograms, tabular etc). . • Expediting and facilitating weekly activities for projects / department.

Project : Engineering Blanket for Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Pre-FEED, FEED, DED Development• Part of project engineering team with purposes to handle PMT work on the projects.• Create deliverables/documents schedule for all discipline using Scheduling Software (P6 Primavera or Ms. Project) based on CTR submitted and discuss their availability.• Assign weight factor based on CTR and create progress report include with S-Curve plan for weekly presentation to client. Based on 4 cycles of document submission; Issued for Review, Issued for Approval, Issued for Construction, Approved for Construction.• Control all deliverables submission and troubleshoot for any technical issues. Making sure all deliverables and their predecessors are on-schedule based on plan.• Develop Project Schedule, a deliverable which explain the schedule for related project. Created more than 15 Level 4 to 5 Project Schedule ranged for EPC and WUR Project.• Weekly recap for all the Work Order progress and present to client’s board. • Responsible for all the project’s progress s-curve for invoicing purposes. Coordinate with Finance department and monthly review on progress and invoicing with internal boards.

Calculating excavation volume progress based on surveys and drawings and negotiating with more than 20-million-rupiah weekly transactions. • Coordinate with Senior Cost-Control and Project Admin for project cost related • Responsible for review progress invoice from any subcontractors, along with approval from QA/QC & Engineering division • Helping Project Control into creating the daily and weekly report.

PT Rekhabumi Segarayasa Besari (RSB) is a national private company that specializes in multidisciplinary engineering consulting services. Founded in 2016 by a group of experts, with expertise in coastal engineering, transportation infrastructure, and other related civil engineering fields.While attending the Internship Online due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, I joined a project which analyze hydrodynamic conditions on south Siantan for Jettys construction. Me and other internees, as a team, worked together and learned how to use Delft3D for waves and currents modeling on South Siantan, and to apply the modeling results for the project's requirements and needs. We also present our findings to other Senior Engineers and receive positive feedback, enabling us to gain a deeper understanding of coastal engineering processes and Delft3D modeling.
