In this role, I am responsible for strategically interlocking with business units within IBM and our internal agency, Marketing Services Center. I work with digital strategists, campaign managers, and executives to collateral on their digital needs. I then take that information and work with content strategists, designers and developers to make their vision come to life. I strive to collaborate, drive solutions and exceed delivery expectations. I also work with the business unit to understand their digital journey and help them plan how to get there. I also help with financial allocations and budgeting. I size the digital projects, staff the teams, and maintain that they are within budget for all work. I currently generate $20+ million in revenue within the teams that I support.

In this role, I researched agile methodologies and developed the agile process into our organization. I taught the digital business units what agile means, introduced scrum and Kanban methodologies to the teams, staffed and trained the roles and mentored the team members. I created and staffed 8 teams resulting in over $20M in revenue for the division. Once the teams were formed, I coached them to establish the team structure, set up cadence within the team and ensure the client was satisfied with the structure and understood the roles and how to work with the team.

In this role, I worked with many business units/clients to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of their digital web-based projects. Some projects were short-term(6-12 weeks) and others were long-term (12-18 months). The nature of the projects ranged from eCommerce to technical assets to web site maintenance to development of a new web presence for an announcement. They also ranged from simple to complex. I used different elements of project management methodologies to adjust to their needs. Communication was also essential to delivering the final projects on time and within budget.I also used business acumen to determine what was the right structure for the client to achieve high client satisfaction. I was able to match their skills/ business style with the appropriate methodology for the project.

In this role, I was responsible for the editorial review of technical papers, online education, brochures supporting the PartnerWorld for Developers organization. I worked with the client to determine what was needed (formatting updates, simple edits, complex edits) and established a timeline for the reviews and completion. I also designed and created templates for each type of asset that aligned with IBM's overall branding. This allowed for consistency within multiple business units.

In this role, I was responsible for the timeline and delivery of editorial newsletters, print collateral and web sites within the Marketing division of PartnerWorld for Developers. I created the design layout for the newsletter and edited the content within it. I also designed and wrote marketing copy for print collateral.
