• Provide technical expertise for Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager• Working with project consultants to facilitate upgrade of SCCM 2007 to 2012• Provide technical knowledge and experience to assist with Windows 7/Office 2010 upgrade• Create/modify deployment scripts to work with Windows 7/SCCM 2012• Program testing and install documentation for Windows 7 rollout• Application Packaging• Creating application packages within SCCM 2012 for deployment• Application remediation for Windows 7 and Office 2010/2013 rollout

• Liaising with third party companies• Working with multiple third party companies to charge customers repayments for financed phone systems and maintenance• Dealing with disputes that have arisen from said charges• Maintaining an SQL database with MS Access 2003 front end of all customers and charges• Generating an end of month and end of financial year reconciliation for records and tax purposes• First Level IT Support• Handling initial IT Support for colleagues as they arise and forwarding to next level IT Support when needed.• Providing basic and intermediate training in MS Office and MS Windows functions• Creation and support of new computer programs• Identify the need for/be advised of the need for a new program to be developed• Work with the subject matter experts to find out what is needed for the new program• Write, test and deploy new program and offer ongoing support once released.
