BR was the first retail company to execute a collaboration with SFMade.Reusable Tote Project Lead: developed eco-tote program and coordinated with BRFS for a tandem launch in Q1 2011. Project Lead to design, visual, store operations for coordinated product launch, discount deal, prominent presentation, and coordination with shopping bag law changes across the country.Personalization Project Lead: developed and executed leather embossing machines for all BR Flagship stores, project included gaining approval for machine purchasing and training expenses, coordinating training of store associates to travel to SF, visual presentation to communicate program to customers, and ongoing reporting to leadership on results.
