J.A.Roberts Co. provides means and methods consulting for structural operations in the heavy civil industry. We evaluate the equipment selection, operational sequence, onsite logistics, and general means and methods associated with our client's work to identify ways to increase operation efficiency and provide mitigation measures to conflicts and interferences. The final equipment configurations, work sequence, logistics, and means and methods are communicated to the client through detailed Construction Sequence Drawings which provide an effective means of conveying key details to field personnel.

Needing more of a challenge in life, I enlisted into the US Army with the dream of becoming a Green Beret. After many months of training, meeting new people, and going through much specialized training, my dream took an abrupt turn when I became injured. I have since spent the rest of my time working with my chain of command in an administrative, managing position; dissemination information, managing appointments, work crew details, training schedules, permissive leave, and soldier tracking data to over 200 soldiers for a medical recovery unit.

Participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.Reviews proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.Works with internal/external team members as applicable; checks shop drawings, conducts site visits, and assists other Project Managers as needed.. · Oversee all hospital automated systems.· Confirm creation, completion, and maintain an accurate records of all audits, counts, adjustments, and analysis.· Perform reverse logistics specific to customer return of product, product recalls, and vendor returns. · Manage system requirements and control desk functions, resolve variances, and perform all final reconciliation requirements.· Inter/tra departmental communication to facilitate systems deployment.
