My career has been in the FMCG Sales/Logistics/Supply Chain unionised environment and was a shop steward before moving into management. I have enjoyed some success in management due to my union negotiation skills. I have implemented successful Logistics projects initiatives with Unitrans and independent transporters all with cost cutting measures while still retaining win/win relationships with all parties. I pride myself of being a team player which has contributed to this success with my philosophy being “by imparting knowledge, one empowers others”. I am an individual who will go the extra mile for the team while keeping up with new technologies and methods.
