Trevor is a seasoned public policy and communications professional specializing in energy, environment, climate, water, natural resources, infrastructure, Native American issues, and more. With a well-rounded resume that includes federal House, Senate, lobbying, and campaign experience, Mr. Pearson has played a leadership role in identifying, developing and advancing major federal, state and local policy solutions over the last decade.Prior to joining APCO, Trevor served as Senior Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Martha McSally (AZ) where he managed the Senator’s chairmanship of the Water and Power Subcommittee within the Energy and Natural Resources Committee and helped shepherd several landmark legislative priorities through Congress, including the Colorado River Drought Contingency Plan Authorization Act - which enhanced water security for 40 million Americans - and the CARES Act Tribal COVID Relief Fund - which was the largest federal investment in tribal communities in U.S. history. Trevor also served as a Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives, a Principal Lobbyist at Meguire Whitney, LLC, and as a Research Assistant at the National Academy of Sciences.
