An experienced Finance Director and Adviser, with many years of experience of working in Finance, who has operated at Board level in a variety of senior roles in both industry and practice. I have been a Partner in national accountancy firms as well as playing a key role in building Wingrave Yeats into a major award winning Accountancy Practice. I have also spent time as CFO of a technology group listed on the OTC market in the US and I was the first Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ecovis, a leading global consulting network.I have guided many growing companies through transactions such as fund raising exercises as both a Finance Director and as an Adviser. I have extensive experience in dealing with many different types of organisations in diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure, Media and Food, ranging from small start-ups to listed companies, including a FTSE 250 IT group. Recent projects include setting up a new Innovation Centre that will support, fund and grow dynamic local businesses, advising on a business plan to support the development of local retail centres in Poland, assisting a new jewellery business with fundraising and setting up back-office systems, as well as establishing a new on-line fashion retailer.
