Trevor Shocklee is a Customer Support and Behavioral Health Professional at ComPsych. Colleagues describe him as "I was a supervisor for Trevor in his agent role for the Student Health and Safety team. Trevor started on the team as an intern, but quickly showed that he would make a lasting impact on the work. By the end of the internship, a phrased developed, "we cannot go back to a time before Trevor". His impact was immediate and Trevor helped develop the Student Health and Safety team from the beginning. Trevor is a quiet yet powerful professional. His ability to visualize and map out processes is outstanding. He quickly leaned into operations and the development of standardized practices. Trevor was instrumental in creating the initial processes for student crisis resolution and helped coach internal teams on new initiatives. Trevor consistently over-delivered when working on projects. His determination and cleverness didn't allow for challenges to remain. He kept on eye out for improvement and would regularly update/maintain administrative spaces without being prompted. Trevor developed strong interpersonal skills and helped grow internal connections for Student Health and Safety. Trevor also learned new technologies with little time needed to adopt. He continually pushed himself to learn more and eventually became the team expert in several spaces. He was able to build out data tracking and analytical review of student incidents. Trevor would include both qualitative and quantitative data in his reviews and when making decisions. While working with Trevor, I was always as ease knowing a project or initiative was in his hands as I knew it would be completed with excellence.
