Trevor is a real estate professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in the Belize Real Estate Market. Trevor's real estate career began in Calgary, Canada as a commercial real estate broker with Cushman and Wakefield. Over the span of the following five years, Trevor completed a wide variety of commercial transactions, including industrial sales and leases, office leases, development land and investment property. Trevor has represented both private and institututional Purchasers and Vendors on all sides of the transaction. During his tenure as a commercial broker, Trevor was engaged in the marketing and disposition of over $75m in commercial property. In 2016, Trevor visited Belize for the first time through a personal and business connection. It did not take long for Trevor to fall in love with the Country and identify Belize as one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the Carribean. Trevor’s strong conviction in the market led him to purchase an investment property in Ambergris Caye and begin his investment portfolio in Belize. As Trevor’s considerable network of real estate connections began to inquire into the Belize market, Trevor resolved to relocate his practice to Belize and open up a new brokerage under the RE/MAX banner with the intention of providing superior service, comfort and clarity in guiding clients through the purchasing process.
