Trevor Krajewski is a Director in Ocean Tomo’s Advisory practice, which is comprised of Transaction Advisory, Investments, and non-securities Investment Banking. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.Trevor plays an integral role in all aspects of the firm's investment banking initiatives including facilitating transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, special situations investments and IP-driven monetization strategies.Trevor has significant experience conducting independent market research and cash flow analysis, advising clients on valuations for capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and other business transactions. Prior to joining the Advisory Services practice, Trevor spent time with Ocean Tomo's Consulting practice where he spearheaded engagements involving the valuation of intangible assets across a broad spectrum of technologies.Trevor has experience advising clients in areas such as consumer electronics, enterprise networking and cyber-security, medical devices, online media and retail, energy, and telecommunications, among others.Trevor holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.Ocean Tomo Investment Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Ocean Tomo, LLC, was formed in 2015 as a licensed broker dealer under federal and state securities law (Brokercheck.finra.org | Broker Check CRD: 7115918).
