- Reorganized the Consumer organization around 3 key value propositions: Digital Servicing (self-service & payments), Offline Servicing (agent assisted tools, end-to-end collections processes), and Digital Vehicle Marketplace (Greenfield bet to compete the DMS space)- Implemented end-to-end standards for new & existing services in the Consumer organization, requiring full unit & smoke test suites, automated deployments via Github actions to EKS, required code coverage and code scanning using Qodana and a fallback level of checking in GitHub security. Implementation of Dependabot for all security & maintenance updates across node and java services. Founded in July of 2008, we performed work for multiple clients located throughout the United States and Canada.We specialized in extensive Drupal development and customization - from complete implementations including theming and backend work, to ecommerce heavy applications with thousands of products.

At Ben's Ranch, I worked to develop a comprehensive billing and work management tool for our administrative team and the remote field technicians. Field technicians could input customer notes, billing details, and requests for future work, which could then be processed by the office team and followed-up on in near real-time. The solution utilized a combination of PHP / SenchaJS to provide a first-class UI and performance experience, when every minute matters.

Served as the site administrator and coordinator of Anything4Free.com. During that time I expanded the forum to over 10,000 users and created key partnerships with industry businesses. Anything4Free also expanded globally, creating country specific versions for offers available in different user regions.
