Float Retail Manager
CurrentProviding direct support for the entire bankESB branch network by managing the Float Retail Team and preforming administrative functions to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of branch operations in conformance with established bank policies and procedures including training and coaching of Float Retail Team. Assist the SVP of retail to provide full branch services. Help the retail network achieve it's checking, service and operational goals. Traveling to all branches within our retail network and assisting with the overseeing of the lobby and teller line and the coordination and delegation of work assignments.
