External Work:Worked as a junior associate with a senior consultant on the construction of a comprehensive recruitment process for a major Pacific Northwest mortgage firm in Portland. We had multiple deliverables, two of which were: creating a filterable database in SmartSheet to log recruitment candidates in the pipeline and developing a training guide and in-person training on how to properly use LinkedIn to find the best talent for their firm, as well as how to optimize SmartSheet for recruiting purposes.
