I have a strong educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (FMM) from Cranfield University, as well as multiple certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, and PRINCE2.A chartered engineer I am currently the Innovation and Development Leader at HellermannTyton United Kingdom, a leading provider of cable management solutions. In this role, I am responsible for delivering new product development, innovation and development projects across the organisation, while ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and customer needs. I am passionate about delivering sustainable change in organisations.Utilising skills in organisational turnaround, process efficiency, cultural rebuilding, and behavioural transformations. I enjoy managing complex, high-tech business transformation projects. Recently I have also successfully implemented core health insurance systems into Prudential Indonesia and Pacific Cross Philippines, where I served as the Project Director and Advisor and the Chief Operating Officer, respectively.
