I am an engineering and construction executive on a mission to develop solutions for infrastructure owners and to serve the communities where we work, live, and play. Active across the Power and Municipal sectors, I have become a trusted consultant across Western North America and leader of management teams with a customer-first philosophy. With over a decade at Maven, I am focused on developing the organization into Western North America's preferred project delivery, quality inspection, and engineering company. My focus on strategic initiatives and service delivery has steered Maven's recognition as a steadfast industry leader.The seed was planted to choose the entrepreneurial path while watching my father run his own small business during my youth. I was drawn to the opportunity to create something new and chart my own course. The launch of my first business, MTT Technologies, allowed me to pursue my interests in hydroelectric maintenance engineering and is where I discovered my passion for delivering results for clients. Ultimately, this set the trajectory for my professional career. My approach to every business situation is to be professional, honest, and realistic. This approach has developed trust among colleagues and clients. Some of these results show as Maven Consulting being ranked #31 nationally in the Maclean’s 2017 Startup 50 list of Canada’s fastest growing new companies, as well as over three consecutive years (2019-2021) on the Growth 500 list. Furthermore, Axia Software appeared on the national C100 Canadian Technology Success list in 2012.When I am not busy working, my hobbies are hiking and skiing with my family, and continuing to perfect the best BBQ burgers on the block.
