Vertex Developments was created in 2018 to take advantage of the opportunities in the Real Estate sector of Greater Vancouver. Our keys to success for our investors include an efficient financial model that returns excess capital to investors when not needed. Our current focus is the West King Edward ("WKE") project located on the south east corner of Columbia Street and King Edward Avenue which features 17 town homes within walking distance to the King Edward SkyTrain Station (south west corner of Cambie Street and King Edward Avenue).
