Using SAP S4 Hanna and Viziya Scheduling Software to deliver quality executable schedules which are geared to enhance production and optimise asset integrity and reliability;Responsibilities include:• Scheduling of preventative and corrective maintenance in line with Santos centre of excellence and industry best practices.• Monitor, review and recommend master data changes and alignment of PM strategies to support Statutory, IMP and RMP requirements. • Load the schedule and access seasonal and economical constraints against resources and material availability.• Consider production at all times when planning and scheduling work to ensure Commercial Operations Gas nominations are met.• Foster relationships with Area Team Leaders and Operators and proactively drive the schedule build and review process in line with the business cadence.• Distribute the initial and final schedule in a timely manner to enable reviews with the team prior to locking the schedule scope.• Mitigate against shared resource clashes by review and re-plan work orders with the team. • Foster relationships and co-ordinate contractor engagement and maintain good working relations with stakeholders.• Campaign like work orders to reduce contract travel between sites and alignment of field and facility asset shutdowns to ensure cost effectiveness on all levels.• Management of Safety Critical Maintenance and ensure PM, CM and schedule compliance are held at a very high standard.• Continuously consider and manage the work order backlog.Achievements:• Continually meeting KPI’s, schedule cadence and compliance metrics.• Campaigning works across Queensland’s coal seam gas regions to enhance cost efficiency.

As the Chief Engineer Officer onboard the vessel, I was the maintenance planner and scheduler of all machinery, equipment and electrical systems using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while supervising an engineering department of four crew.
